Somehow strangely, this is the first Halloween party I have thrown as the social secretary and so wish to make it an extra special one. We have spent a considerable sum in decorations for the Clubhouse as well as about £100 on prizes. These are to include best costumes for; male, female, children, and family or group. As well as a prize for the best carved Pumpkin. 
The food is to consist of a Chilli and jacket spud with the addition of a vegetarian and Bolognese sauce for those not to keen on ‘a la con Carne’
Due to the amount of preparation required any offers of assistance will be gratefully received, especially with the food, decorating the hall Saturday and clearing up after the party. Many thanks Phil, Social Sec’
